I managed to lock myself out of my Savings Account so had to contact Saffron directly. Sophia answered my call within seconds and was prompt , polite and efficient in sorting out my issue. I have been a member of Saffron Building Society for over three years and my dealings with him continue to meet my needs and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Website needs clearer calls to action!

Your survey is a bit narrow to answer. However, I wanted to flag that i found the website wasn't particularly obvious where to apply for an account. It was sort of hidden off to the right, in standard text as part of a column. I think it warranted a button to say APPLY HERE or something like that.
