App and Tranferring in funds could be better

App is not good, it breaks and does not work at all know Android iPad. Transferring funds from Barclays account is a faff, works well from Santader. Reviewed on: 13th October 2025

Worst iNTEREST Rate Regular saver account.

i have 27 different regular saver accounts and reduced my Saffron account to a pound per month when they became the worst interest rate provider for this type of account. Reviewed on: 13th October 2025

Good Personal Touch

A customer of Saffron for decades, due to their friendly staff and good telephone service. Joined when their rates of interest were the highest, but happy to stay now they have dropped a teeny bit. Would be happier still if I could switch into the Maturing Member products with existing savings. Reviewed on: 13th October 2025
