I spoke to Zoe and enlightened her on what had occurred with a Smart Savers account I had opened for my grandson when he was born and the unfortunate circumstances which recently occurred with him being contacted instead of me. The surprise that I had kept for his 18th birthday was destroyed and upsetting.
