Mainly that you have seemingly not made COVID-19 a good reason for cutting back on service at a time when most customers are likely to appreciate standards being maintained, or even enhanced. Downloadable account details would help. Reviewed on: 7th December 2020

I wished to update my regular saver but the online forms did not make this easy so I preferred to talk to someone to make sure I got what I wanted. Sugges you amend online choices for renewal of regular monthly saver to make this easier Reviewed on: 7th December 2020
