Tried to phone but no one answered, so went on line. Took ages to get an answer. Pointed out that your Bond rate was lower than Nationwide, Chat Bot said it did not know when yours were to be increased. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

I phoned on a bank holiday Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised to get a quick response. My problem was resolved very quickly. The problem had been that I had not received a maturity pack for a closing account. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
