Had to report a bereavement.

Had to report a bereavement. Asked what I needed to do. The agent was sympathetic without being OTT which I appreciated. She then proceeded to ask the right questions to provide the right answers. She said she would send the required paperwork and guide on what was needed to be done. Everything arrived in the post 2 days later. Simple to understand and follow. Incorrect information

I came into the branch to change my regular saver that was about to mature and was informed I had to fill in a form which I did. Only to be told when I returned form it was not necessary and on top of that due to the delay the savings rate had reduced. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024
