A few issues

I wanted to open a savings account but they can't accept money from a bank card over the phone, unlike the Cambridge. Also not recognised as a payee by my bank HSBC so account not opened unfortunately. Staff very helpful and friendly but...... Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

Friendly and helpful staff. Website was easy to use, now less so following upgrade. Has some good savings products. Does reward loyal members. Can't comment re mortgages. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

Poor service

I couldn't log on because of changes in your system. Temporary passwords sent out are unnecessarily complicated and difficult to read with many special characters.Saffron ask for feedback but then ignore it Reviewed on: 15th January 2024
