Friendly & happy . It would be good if the computer system wasn’t so slow. It can be a right pain . In the past i’ve waited 30/40mins because of it. It’s not fair on the staff. Reviewed on: 21st December 2023

Making older members, who are not technologically schooled. make up yet another password for the sake of an extra symbol and not allowing us just to add it to the old one makes no sense in security terms and nearly locked out the account Reviewed on: 21st December 2023
