ISA Transfer Advertised that an ISA transfer could be completed 'On Line'. Having open an account On Line, I was told you could only transfer in Branch or by Post. Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

The counter assistant forgot to take my account number so I had to ring instead of being rung at 2pm. However once I got through to Charley she was very helpful and I sorted out my accounts which were all due to mature. Reviewed on: 21st September 2020
