I usually go into the branch to have my accounts updated, and changed to a better rate when available. The Saffron rates of interest are reasonable but not as good as other finance organisations, hence not a strong recommendation to others Reviewed on: 4th May 2023

The account details arrived by email quicker than I expected, enabling me to fulfill the requirement to pay in by 24th April. However, although receiving the welcome pack, I am still waiting for the online access details, by post and email. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2023

Your emails are confusing, when a transaction has taken place I get an email saying I have closed/amended an account which is generally not the case and I have had to go into the branch or telephone to see what you actually mean. Reviewed on: 1st May 2023
