Staff are great. Took 4 visits to sort my account, couldn't verify my barclays account of 30 years, so had to wait for a paper statement from Barclays. Meantime you sent 2 texts warning you would close my account if I didn't pay in. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2023

Closure of accounts should be done on the day requested, I gave two weeks notice for this and paperwork in at the same time. But accounts were not dealt with. Reviewed on: 1st December 2023
