Interest rates for bonds below NS&I and Nationwide, improve them. Notification of ending bonds should tell you what the anticipated final amount saved is. Paper maturity instruction should be sent by post, you save the paper but, I DO NOT! Reviewed on: 2nd March 2023

The phone service I received from Nicola was excellent. However, prior to that, I was extremely disappointed to have the postal application forms returned to me, simply because one box had not been filled in, due to unclear instructions. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
