Thought communication was unclear and poor. For example letter said documents enclosed but nothing was so had to ring to find out and was told no documents should be enclosed. Very confusing. Reviewed on: 25th October 2023

Speedier account opening and not being harassed about paying money in. I tried to pay cash in when I opened the account but this is not permitted. I was on holiday when the account was finally opened and not in a position to pay funds in Reviewed on: 25th October 2023
