Unlike other building societies there is no information about registration of power of attorney on your website and another member of staff in effect told me off for not phoning the branch first. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2023

The regular saver maturity form could be improved by adding an "or" between the two regular saver rollover options to make it clear that only one of these is availalbe (even though apparently it is in the T&Cs) Reviewed on: 23rd January 2023
