I don't usually have complicated dealings at Saffron. The main reason is the interest rates which are generally not as good as other companies. I have been with Saffron since the 1970s, but am now looking at future rates and questioning. Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

I always prefer to deal with a human being rather than press buttons on a screen. (See also below.) When withdrawing cash I would prefer to have a cheque to pay in to a bank. No bank in Ware now. Reviewed on: 14th November 2022
