I liked the simplicity of the transaction, everything was dealt with via the phone. I found the advice given helpful- it gave me the choice of either waiting to make a decision or acting right away and having the details sorted for me asap Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

See above. However I wish that communication had been better in my husband's case when he attempted to take out a cash ISA. He is still waiting for response to his email querying the delay to opening his ISA. Reviewed on: 14th November 2022
