Having recently been into branch for the first time at Brentwood and also had a call to request online access help my feedback is all positive, no long waiting on the phone, no transferring from team to team. Very helpful and friendly! :) Reviewed on: 12th October 2021

I have found staff to be friendly and helpful. The only problem is that being a Building Society I cannot have a standard current account with a card and on-line payments. If I could I might move my main account to Saffron. Reviewed on: 5th October 2021
