Not happy about the hike in charge. I wondered if SAGA was profiteeering ?

Had a good rep.from the company.(Shaun) and spoke about my thoughts. I liked the man, and he explained the system. We(wife and I) are a simple couple who do not like problems. It would appear that SAGA(from ,my point of view) are more interested in profit than their customers. We are a long standing customer and know what the relationship used to be. Saga - Reliable Car Insurance

Very easy to deal with, quick to contact by telephone, even during the Covid pandemic. Always helpful and friendy advisors who are UK based which makes it more straight forward. Excellent service. The operator I booked my insurance cover with last year was super friendly and efficient with a great price. Received my quote for this year and renewed immedietely - had hardly gone up from last year and it was great to know that I wasn't offered an extortionate renewal price on the chance that I would accept without question.
