The interest rate on my loan offer was almost 3 times the rate shown online. Got an email saying my credit agreement had been posted first class on a Thursday however it arrived the following Wednesday dated with Tuesdays date. Everything seemed to be outlined but wasn't the easiest of reading. Hoping it's onwards and upwards from here. Reviewed on: 30th November 2016

Sainsbury personal loan

I recently got a Sainsburys personal loan and I wanted to immediately pay back a large chunk of it. Upon calling them their customer service was excellent and they promptly told me everything I had to do to make an over payment. They sent me full details of it in the post a few days later, as well as a new summary of what I would now be paying back. Really friendly helpful guy on the phone, would use again. Quick to get approved and full disclosure of the payments I would make as well as the interest I would be paying. Arrived very quickly in the post. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

Quick, no hassle loan

Decided to cover my two credit cards with a loan so that that I knew when they would be paid and exactly how much I'd pay. Got a few quotes and Sainsbury's was the most competitive so I went with them. Everything filled in online, very quick, then one phone call from them to confirm a couple of details and that was that.
