Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly

Very much like that I can deal with someone face-to-face, in-branch, rather than online (which can be so problematic). Setting up the ISA was a pleasant experience, going through the issues with someone knowledgeable and helpful. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Excellent customer service

I have been dealing with the SBS for the last few months to close my mum's account and it set-up and transfer an ISA for my son and to set-up my own savings account. The staff have been fantastic, very clear and helpful. Really made a difference to how I was able to manage everything. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025
