Friendly, professional, local

From opening account to closure, it was a positive experience. The only reason we did not reinvest was due to the interest rate - we could get better elsewhere. One thing I could suggest is sending information on all interest rates and not just fixed rate bonds (or whatever is maturing). Reviewed on: 19th February 2025

Efficient, accurate, supportive

To date I have found the staff helpful and efficient and requests for information etc. have been undertaken swiftly and accurately - something which is sadly becoming increasingly rare. Could improve considerably

Opening hours of Aberdeen banch are very limited. Very difficult to get open - closed for lunch for 1 hour, and no Saturday opening. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025
