Exceeded all expectations

Very friendly, helpful staff. I was able to open an account straight away when I visited the relationship centre. Welcome pack was received within a few days and was followed up with a call to ensure it had arrived. This met with the expectations advised when I opened the account. Local, reliable, friendly

Have just been with the Society for one year. Have spoken on the phone twice just to get clarification about things. I like the fact this is a proper building society. Very impressed how quickly you get to speak to a member of staff who is friendly, patient and informative.Very pleased with my ISA performance. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

Service, branches, staff

I like having a local branch, especially as the staff are very helpful. One improvement would be longer opening hours at least one day a week or even opening on a Saturday for an hour. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
