Friendly and helpful

I would like to be able to move our savings between our accounts more simply and avoid returning the money to my bank before returning it to my other accounts in the Society. Developing an app would be good. Reviewed on: 21st November 2024

Helpful, courteous, friendly

I have had phone conversations to open the ISA account. Staff were very helpful in completion of our applications. All went very smoothly. More online improvements would be welcome. I received no welcome pack but my wife did which was from a different branch. Reviewed on: 21st November 2024
