I like that I have access to a branch and the ability to get through to a branch. Staff know me in Galashiels and I know them. Interest rates have improved but it would be good to maintain the value of my savings. Inflation is higher than savings rates. Reviewed on: 16th November 2023

They have passbook accounts, and Lorraine in the Glasgow branch is brilliant. Not sure why the TV is on, I find it distraction. Reviewed on: 16th November 2023

I do like having a passbook. It is really quick to get through to you on the phone and Lorraine in Galashiels gave me excellent, frienldy service. Like your folders too. Reviewed on: 16th November 2023
