OKAY - room for improvement online

PROs: Reasonable, but not industry leading, rates; online staff are always helpful and quick to respond. CONs: Website is outdated and clunky; opening an account is a cumbersome process; deposits take days to show up in your account; can be problematic logging in on some devices. SUMMARY: They need to update their online presence to keep up with the times. Note, this review relates to using the building society online, I have never used a high street branch. You have branches, I can always call and get through directly to branch, staff are extremely helpful, you are scottish and not a huge corporate by remote people/ companies I cant see face to face bit better interest rates would help a little. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023
