Nothing could be better. Perfect service everytime. Very friendly, efficient staff, better than any of the so called major banks eg. Lloyds bank. 100% rating from me. Service the way it should be. Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

You are not welcome here if you don't live in Scotland

Very disappointed to be told yesterday that this Building Society won't let me open an account as I don't live in Scotland ! Words fail me... I have been with the Bank of Scotland for many years... Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

No shareholders and therefore better interest rates than the big banks. Brilliant customer service - by telephone I can speak to a friendly helpful actual person based in Scotland right away without having to go through umpteen "menus" and press lots of telephone keys. Visiting my local branch has always been a pleasant experience too. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2021
