Very convenient branch to get into everyone in there is very pleasnt, helpful and knowledgeable. I am disabled and its easy and accessible for me. Its also excellent that I have a branch near me that I can go to speak to someone face to face. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

I like branches on the high street, fact the staff know me, I can call my branch and speak with a member of staff. No centralised call centres the fact it is a Scottish BS. Could improve interest rates as interest levels not keeping pace with inflation. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Local access, good opening hours, helpful staff. Particularly like access to desk space when dealing with complex paperwork. Privacy also important. Interest rates always important but do not always override above considerations. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025
