Friendly helpful service.

I wanted to deposit money into my account but also find out about interest rates. Katie at the Troon office was friendly , helpful and remembered me from when I was changing the account into my name after my husband died. She advised me on the benefits and restrictions on different accounts and I was able to choose the one that most suited my purposes. Altogether a friendly and professional experience.
