Thorough, considerate and friendly

Customer service is superb and interest rates very favourable. I find the limied opening hours a bit inconvenient, especially the one hour lunchtime closure in the middle of the day. Reviewed on: 27th December 2024

Fantastic, understanding, straightforward

You're in Scotland. I like feeling my money is in Scotland and you're a mutual (we're a mutual!) and that feels good too. Your online banking system is easy to use, your info is clear, your people very friendly and helpful. All good. Your interest rates good too. You make it all feel easy.
