The staff in Edinburgh on Frederick Street are always friendly and helpful. I really like the savings book method of saving. I would really like it if the Scottish opened on a Saturday morning, or later to 17.30 mid week. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Excellent SBS response to correcting an issue which I had created myself. I had forgotten to specify the a/c no to which I was making a deposit. Problem understood immediately and after some security checks matter was put right. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
