I recently got in touch by phone to ask about opening a new savings account and found the service to be warm, professional and helpful. The experience of choosing and opening an online account and making a cash transfer was easier and more straightforward than I’d imagined. Pretty Good

Recommend Troon branch. Member would prefer to be able to phone Troon Branch directly. Member fixed rate products has different interest application to other fixed rate accounts. Could get better rates but sticks with SBS because of the Troon staff. Reviewed on: 15th August 2025
