Helpful, caring support at SBS

I was widowed a year ago and have received considerate treatment in sorting out our joint accounts. On this visit I was updating accounts for my grandsons and myself and having the passbooks updated. Shirley McIntosh dealt with me and, as usual, I was treated with kindness and consideration and given clear information about the accounts.
