I have have used the PCU now for around 2 years and every experience be it via phonecall or email has been swift and professional. My savings account is a breeze to use and extremely helpful, especially on the website where i can access everything i need to know easily. Excellent all round service

The credit union provides its customers with a variety of wonderful services. The staff provide an excellent level of customer service, giving valuable and accurate information/ advice in a friendly manner, this has been evident on the occasions I have had cause to converse with them.
