The service is amazing . The staff are excellent and each time I have asked for help I have received excellent customer service/ information and they are swift in replying to any query

I have been with the company for a number of years and I am very happy with the service I have received. Previously I experienced a period of difficulties and after contacting them I was surprised how quickly I was able to secure a loan. Currently with covid19 I was able to use some of the money I had in my account to help me during this hard time. I have also recommended my colleagues/friends and family. My daughter who has an account is now going off to university this September 2020 and will be able to use the funds she has and is delighted to continue to make regular payments to her account. Good easy to use service

I had a loan with Police CU, which was approved very quickly. I was able to log in easily and efficiently to review my account, and it was easy to pay extra off each month at no extra cost. I still have a savings account, which again is easy to withdraw and deposit money into. Friendly staff. Reviewed on: 6th July 2020
