..sometimes I had to resend a statement but that was so they could get it right on the system..Mohammed Yunus would be proud to see community banking in every village, town and city, ask him to give a supporting comment and you'll donate to one of his charities..Where's my £1000 ( ask him to look at your fiscal) get a member of your team to get clear set of directionals for each section that needs completing..its OK to say you need this or 'this'..but have a copy of what the service user needs to do otherwise some would give up in frustration..I experienced this..so be prepared to give sound guidance (get a client on dhs to come in and watch the screens that come up on your computers..copy the format so you don't lose any valuable customers friend TJ Futureofmankind.co.uk Reviewed on: 25th June 2025
