Turns your finances around

As well as providing a loan when needed they also put part of my repayments into a account so that when I paid off the loan I had my own savings. This really helped me learn how to budget and save. Sheffield credit union is the only loan company that really made me feel like they had my best interests in mind and didn’t just see me as profit. Reviewed on: 1st June 2022

I think my experience with Sheffield Credit Union as been great they're very helpful and willing to help and go the extra mile.

I can remember when I need to withdraw some cash on the same day in the years gone by the staff at Sheffield Credit Union would really help me and stay with me on the telephone and talk me through it each step of the way, I thought to myself that was EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. Always there when I need them

Sheffield credit union were there to help me in my time of need. I had completed a long distance move with my then partner, and just a short time later that relationship broke down which resulted in a second move before I had financially recovered from the first. That, coupled with needed to pay to refurbish the house and buy two new sets of uniforms for new school for the kids created a lot of stress. I have had credit so regular loan companies wouldn't touch me but the sheffirld credit union helped me when no one else would and I always recommend them to anyone I meet, wether it's for a loan or for savings accounts.
