Great range of services

I started using Sheffield credit union as I need a loan and with poor credit and on benefits my options were a high interest loan with a high street money lending place or a much less punitive interest rate with the credit union. They were great to deal with and as an added bonus once my loan was paid off I carried on with the payments, as they were low, and I have been able to save. Credit union was the first step in sorting out my financial problems. It's also good you have a branch to visit or manage your account online. You can also phone if you need to speak to someone. Everyone I have dealt with have been friendly and professional and I did not feel judged. Reviewed on: 1st June 2022
