Credit union v Barclays

I have an account with both credit union and Barclays. The main difference I feel is that any interaction with Barclays seems quite distanced and corporate whereas the credit union is very much a personal experience Reviewed on: 1st June 2022

Always amazing and quick service.

Sheffield Credit Union have always provided amazing service to myself and people I know. Applying for a loan is easy to do and the response regarding a decision is always quick. The staff explain everything to you and will explain if you are unsure about anything. The staff always try to accommodate to your needs and help you.
