Excellent customer focused and friendly

I joined the SCU some years ago and my original plan was not to use it for savings but after very short time I decided that I like to use it as my preferred place to save as much as allowed. This was because of my very positive experience of service provided regardless of your gender, ethnicity, disability, social background. Small, friendly and helpful

Years ago Sheffield Credit Union lent me money to redecorate the bathroom. Nowadays I save money knowing that this can be used to help others. There may be a time when I need to borrow again and I know that the repayments will be affordable. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
