Amazing company

I have been with this company since I was 18 young mum with a new house to furnish and these helped me out massively. With my first starter loan I have been saving with them since and am now a gold loan member staff are allways friendly and ready to help ! Go above and beyond to help you with things and give people a chance not many other banks would can open accounts with them to pay bills etc ! From start to finish things are explained easily so you understand exactlly how the process works and finishes. Friendly and caring staff would highly recommend they are very helpful and will go that extra mile t help you sort your loan out and explain about all the other things the offer t to help people . Credit Union is quite clearly a great business with lots of benefits to suit all types of customer. I have had 2 loans from Credit Union and have found it really easy to apply. The customer service team are very pleasant and always ensure full info is given. The interest on payback is very appealing and doesn't break the bank. I recommend Sheffield Credit Union to everyone that needs financial support. They are a great service!

I first came across Sheffield Credit Union working in adult mental health services, they were proactively supporting my patient in a positive and healthy relationship, enabling my patient to become financially independent and not mired in debt anymore. I then recommend them to all my patients, colleagues, friends and family. They really enable people to manage their money and have helped end financial poverty for thousands of people in Sheffield over the years. After becoming ill myself, I personally have used the service to manage my much smaller pot of money, helping me to have a better life and not panic if essentials break down, I know I always have Sheffield Credit Union at my back.
