Easy intro to investment savings

I found everything to be clearly explained which made me feel more comfortable as it was the first account of this type I have opened. As a bonus they were partnered with a cashback site at the time of opening the account and I treated myself to some new shoes with the bonus. Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

Nice simple account but annoying withdrawal method

Okay rates and easy to use but email-only withdrawals is not only insecure (as they don't support encryption) but much more hassle then a proper online feature. Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

Best ISA on the Market

I first heard of the Shepherd's Friendly from my financial adviser Steven Mountford. The 3% interest rate on the ISA was the main attraction, but finding out it is also a mutual society that invests fund ethically convinced me to move my ISA from Santander who had stopped paying 3% on my current account. It is the best ISA on the market, I have received 3% interest on my investments year in and year out and this year when I needed to withdraw funds it couldn't have been easier for me to do. This is how financial organizations should operate, really good customer service & they make you feel like you matter.
