Chose SmartSave because savings rate/term was most competitive at the time of investment. Website is easy to navigate and noticed that the savings rates and terms on offer have stayed competitive in a relatively volatile financial environment. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great rates, great service

Stumbled upon there fixed savings account on Martin Lewis’ money saving expert website, and extremely happy that I did. Everything was seamless and extremely easy to understand. There were a lot of rates and new savings accounts springing up with the rise of inflation, but the transparency of the deposit process made things easy. Would be 5/5 and 10/10 but the Google reviews of the branches (not Smart Save itself) are low and come up as a top search. I think this might put people off, and would look to change the algorithm if possible as it is not a fair reflection of the service offered. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
