Really good!

Really good! Would recommend. So far so good - but great customer services and were really friendly on the phone when it came to double checking my policy, and tweaking it so that I could lower the monthly payments in exchange for a higher initial payment from me should I make a claim. Market leaders

Smartsave seemed to lead interest rates in 2023, my only criticism is you can only have one account and the account I initially applied for was a 2 year fixed. So unable to to advantage of further fixed rate offers. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024

Great savings rate

SmartSave were offering great rates for savings accounts but I was apprehensive as I hadn't heard of them. I locked in for one year and the online process was simple. I haven't had to use customer service as it was all clear. Good communication as I came to the end of the term, and I decided to reinvest for another year. Reviewed on: 28th January 2024
