First time using this bank, simple & easy to use

First time using this bank, simple & easy to understand online process to set up fixed saver - good rate too. Before savings matured sent an email with various options, chose for savings to be returned to my bank account. Many other banks automatically send it into an easy-access account which holds things up. Would definitely use this bank again and highly recommend. Reviewed on: 28th February 2024

Super easy to set up and manage

Had a one year fixed rate savings account. Really easy to set up online. Was contacted near the end of the term with different options for what to do with the money at the end. Easy to select from the various options. Great interest rates. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 24th February 2024
