Starling used to be good but over the years they just increasingly worse. They are actively unhelpful, showcased by the most recent treatment of customers,... They are actively unhelpful, showcased by the most recent treatment of customers, where Starling refused to process chargebacks, causing customers to launch complaints via the Financial Ombudsam - instead of offering simple help that most other banks done successfully.     So easy to set up a new account and they take over and transfer all DD's and SO's from old bank to them. Really easy...
