No hassle bank - smooth and seamless

I am impressed about Starling as it has NO representation on the High Street but i can deal with nearly all of my transaction and queries through the app Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Excellent Bank so far

Third year with Starling business account and so far it is one of the best bank in my opinion. First of all it’s no monthly fee!!! Of course you can get a lot of extras for an extra charge, but I don’t need them at the moment, my basic account has everything I need, no need to worry when any of my direct debits is due, they will let you know a day before, there is lots of more features they have, overall is a perfect bank for small business like mine Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Great for business

I've had 2 starling business accounts. 1 as a sole trader and then another 1 once I transfered to a limited company. I've never had a single issue with either account and I find keeping track of clients' payments really easy. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Seriously impressive business and personal banking

Having used Starling for personal and business banking for some years now, again and again I'm just super-impressed, by the app, the features, and the customer service is exceptional! I love the fact you can reach the customer service team straight from the live chat, the responses are quick, helpful, and the features such as the Spaces and Virtual Card are incredibly helpful.
