Great for business

I've had 2 starling business accounts. 1 as a sole trader and then another 1 once I transfered to a limited company. I've never had a single issue with either account and I find keeping track of clients' payments really easy. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Seriously impressive business and personal banking

Having used Starling for personal and business banking for some years now, again and again I'm just super-impressed, by the app, the features, and the customer service is exceptional! I love the fact you can reach the customer service team straight from the live chat, the responses are quick, helpful, and the features such as the Spaces and Virtual Card are incredibly helpful. Having moved to Starling from the High Street Banks, I would never look back, and recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

A great responsive bank!

A fantastic bank that has never let us down. We just need a straightforward bank account and that's what we get but with exception in-app customer service. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Zero Benefit / waste of time

Even after staying with this bank for more than 3 years, they will not even provide a basic overdraft. The information says we can apply, for an overdraft or loan for business improvements if we bank with them at least for 2 years. But, They will simply refuse the application and will not provide a reason for refusal and simply say sorry. Some customer assistants will even tell if we are not happy they will close the account straightaway. I will personally say it is a waste of time staying with them for a long time. For the start-up period, it is ok, definitely will suggest moving to big banks later where we will have some additional benefits to run the business. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Great bank for my SME

I changed over my business bank account from Nat West to Starling a couple of years ago and not only was it a very easy transition in terms of moving across my regular payments, having such a simple app to work with makes life so much easier. Having the spaces means I can set aside money for things like my VAT, Corporation Tax, savings and other things, then I can get a really good picture of my cash flow. Love it!!! So good I moved my personal accounts too

I've had business accounts with the well knowns banks in the past and they have been sad experiences - painful online secruity, long telephone wait times, charges, unfriendly banking apps - I've been with Starling over 4 years and they haven't put a foot wrong.
