Very good

Great service, great product, great price! There's only one criticism, and that's how the bank is viewed by certain funders (I work in charity sector). They still seem to have this perception that as an online bank, it is inherently risky or something. Whereas, in reality, Starling is the ONLY bank that actually provides an acceptable level of customer service. The others are terrible. Starling are great online and great on the phone. I know this isn't the responsibility of this award scheme, but please do influence when you can. Starling could massive help the charity sector, by providing this excellent level of service to these kinds of entities. Rather than the blob of the high street banks. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Fantastic Product / Service

Best bank I had

I just can't describe enough the satisfaction I have to have opened a business account with Starling. Especially when I compare it with other banks I had before. The experience is seamless throughout the App, which I was pretty doubtful to start with as the main interface, All features makes it very easy to keep a very accurate eye on all transactions. The security aspect has been very reassuring for purchases and transactions and the support team is very responsive (which was never really the case with my previous very known banks.) Genuinely good service

Quick, efficient and the app is user friendly and intuitive. The security is excellent as is the visual breakdown of spending.
