Exceeds every expectation

Starling have truly been amazing. No queues when you telephone and their banking app is just incredible. Our business account was open and functional in 15 minutes! Metrobank could do that in the 3 attempts we made to open a metrobank account. When I call starling, there is no automated answering system either, its answered by a human! This is something we have done for our own customers forever and starling get it… Clearly a lot of effort and common sense in how to treat people went into Starling! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Ultra-reliable business bank

From the moment of onboarding through to the present day, I've always found Starling to be the very best at everything from transferring large sums through to cashing cheques. Great Bank For My Business

I switched from NatWest to Starling in 2020 and never looked back! Starling were offering an incentive to switch plus the offer of absolutely no business banking charges. NatWest had recently increased their charges, so that each time I made an electronic transaction it was costing my business 70 pence! Some weeks I might make 50 such transactions. So even without the sizeable incentive to transfer, I was looking for a bank without the punitive business bank charges. I was cautious at first, I was entrusting my business funds to an unknown bank with no High Street branches. Fear not! Starling is a great bank, I can do everything I need to do from just my phone. Acquiring a Bounce Back Loan in 2021 was no problem at all and the funds were in the business account immediately. look around, the "big banks" are all closing their branches because they can't compete with the modern way of banking such as Starling. I'm a bit of a techno dinosaur but banks like Starling are the way forward. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Starling Bank to any small business. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Very user friendly

App is very user friendly. Team on the phone were very helpful when I needed them to be. I would like there to be a more accessible list of all ins and outs rather than just seeing money spent (or looking at a statement) - but that might be user error. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

The future

Starling has made my business banking a breeze. The account is intuitive, easy to manage and allows me to control my business funds in various spaces whilst not complicating my business statements with endless receipts in/out from & in to savings. Super easy to set up and use
