Starling, smooth, sensitive, and savvy.

It's been three years using the services of Starling Bank. After, we had a very unpleasant and challenging experience with a well-known Street Bank, from the beginning to the date, Starling Bank has been outstanding. As I described in the title, a very smooth experience from opening the account online to chats and phone calls and using apps and services quick and efficient, and sensitive to being such a tech-savvy bank. Excellent online banking experience

Started with starling when I setup my business during covid when normal high Street banks were not interested in new businesses I was dubious about the online banking only idea but starling have proved me wrong time and time again, very good banking app, customer online support is always very good, queries and issues dealt with quickly and efficiently, all of which the usual high street banks struggle with. Great bank, very 21st century, shame about some of the fees.

Great bank. I really liked the iPhone and iPad app, they are so intuitive. Easy to log in, transfer money, make payment etc. Just a minor shame about some of the fees, even to deposit money! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
