Fantastic at ignoring customers

They ignore you, when they do reply, they ignore your question and hide behing corporate speak. I beg of you be more human. Don't treat your customers like objects. we are people. its our livelyhood you are messing with! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

My best banking experience.

Love Startling, so efficient, simple and convenient. I previously banked with a major UK bank and they wanted me to wait for over a month then go to a different city to open a new company account (when I already had a business account with them) so I tried Starling instead and had had ab account up and running within hours without leaving the house.. I've been blow away since, they're really superb, please don't settle for poor banking. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Excellent service, Bank account without issues

I have been with Starling since I started my company nearly 3 years ago and they have been superb throughout. I hardly need to contact them, but when I do they have been helpful in resolving any questions. The app is top notch and allows me to control my account without any hassles at all. Supporting small businesses

When I first thought about opening a business account with a high street bank my worries give me a break. I did quite a bit of research but as it was our first ever business account, it can become very daunting, especially without any business management experience. Now, almost 3 years in, Starling has helped us grow without having to worry about anything but our business. I can't recommend Starling enough and even when some friends approach me to ask about online banks I always say, they may be similar to you, but Starling to me is a no brainer, especially their customer service (and even comparing to high street banks), Starling makes banking simple, efficient and very affordable for people like myself. Awful service

They do not care about their customers. Can't believe some of the votes they have had. I encourage everyone to read the 1-2* votes they are more accurate. Their email lies too!
